Because booking times for hair color services, keratin and extension services can vary greatly from guest to guest, please call us or email us for personal assistance from a member of our Guest Care Team.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life is busy and schedules can and do change. We respectfully request a 48 hour notice of the need to cancel or change any appointment. That gives us the opportunity to offer the time to another guest who may be waiting for it.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
